Top Quality Rating 2017

We are delighted to celebrate our Top Quality rating achievement here at Deeside.

Following an inspection by the Care Inspectorate, our home has achieved the sought-after grade six status in the area of management and leadership - the highest level awarded by the authority.

Director of Care for Aberdeenshire Kristin Jackson-Brown said: “Our extensive refurbishment programme has created a first-class setting for the delivery of care of the very highest standard, and this is reflected in these awards."

“Central to the creation of the best possible home-from-home environment is a good team, and we are fortunate to have exactly that at Deeside Care Home.  These successes are a fitting acknowledgement of the hard work, dedication and commitment of all concerned.”

In addition, we also retained our grade five status in quality of care and support while a previous inspection awarded us a grade five status for quality of environment and quality of staffing.
