Nursing Care in Aberdeen

At Deeside care home, we give constant 24-hour Nursing Care to our residents with higher dependency needs, those with more significant physical impairments, and those who need palliative care. Deeside uses a style of nursing called “key nursing”, in which one nurse is assigned to each resident in order to establish a special and personal bond. This means that a familiar face is always happy to assist you or your loved ones with any questions you might have.

Additionally, just a 10-minute stroll from Deeside is St Devenick Suspension Bridge, locally known as The Shakkin’ Briggie or Morrison’s Bridge, having been built for Rev George Morrison in the 1830s. Whilst the bridge is now in a derelict state and inaccessible, it makes for an interesting part of Cults history and is a great location for views of the River Dee.
