Introducing Deeside’s Assisted Living Suites

Deeside Care Home are proud to be opening our new 'Independent Living Suites' which provides individuals within the local community of Aberdeen with a safe and secure environment to live in.

These modern, bright and spacious en-suite bedrooms have been specially designed for elderly individuals who are seeking a relaxing, slower pace of life in Aberdeen. Our 'Assisted Living Suites' is accompanied by around-the-clock support from a team of dedicated care professionals, and we provide everyone with the opportunity to participate in our varied activities programme that has been created to improve the physical and mental well-being of those who reside with us.

A move into a care home can be a daunting process so we want to ensure our residents feel like they have control of their independence and freedom, so we often refer to our independent living as "Housing with Care". Our care team will help our residents with dressing, eating, hygiene and medication maintenance when it is needed.

There are many benefits to living in a care home, especially at Deeside. We have a team of experienced care professionals that dedicated their working lives to ensure that our residents always have the help they need throughout their stay. To help us with this support, every room within our home has a 24-hour emergency nursing call system as well as check-in when necessary. Residents can require help with domestic tasks and laundry, and staff can assist with shopping.

In addition to this, we make sure that our activities programme has something for all of our residents, to help with their mental and physical well-being. Residents who have an Assisted Living Suite will also have access to our communal lounges, and other areas of the home for all of our residents to relax in and chat in.

Our home provides our residents with a luxury experience from freshly prepared meals from our chefs to trips into our local community to see the sights or learn something new about Aberdeen's history.
