Our care embraces individuality and we work attentively with each resident and their loved ones to produce extensive care plans that can be altered as requirements change. In order to maintain the right level of help and coherent care, every resident is allocated a nurse or key worker. It is our priority to ensure that all residents feel secure, content and comfortable in our care.
We adopt a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) procedure which enables us to provide a thorough medical assessment by bringing together professionals from many disciplines in an organised and efficient way. After the initial assessment, our residents will continue to benefit from further regular assessments so they can rest assured that they are receiving the best possible care.
Before admission to Deeside, our Manager will be delighted to arrange a meeting with you to address any questions about our facility, as well as any particular need and preferences you and your close friends and family may have. We know it can take a while to adjust to your new surroundings so we encourage you and your loved ones to give feedback at every stage of the process and cooperate with us so we can provide services that are as effective as possible.
