Residential Care

Residential homes are most appropriate for residents who need additional help with their daily chores or who prefer the company of others rather than living alone. Residents who reside at our elderly care home in Aberdeen can experience a lavish lifestyle and reap the social benefits.

We work closely with residents and their loved ones to discuss their care requirements, and find out what their likes, dislikes and abilities are in order to create an accurate care plan. As needs change over time, we will re-evaluate residents’ method of care to meet their changing needs, and adjust the type of care accordingly.

Nursing Care

Nursing Care is offered to residents who require medical care and personal assistance on a 24-hour basis. This type of care is best suited to those who may have high dependency needs, physical disabilities or needs palliative care. Our nursing home is also beneficial for individuals who have been diagnosed with long-term health conditions.

Our designated nursing floor features nursing beds and other specialised equipment for residents to experience maximum comfort. Each resident will be assigned a key nurse so that a dedicated staff member can get to know a resident on a personal level; learning their likes, dislikes and preferences in order to provide exceptional care.

Respite Care

Whether you need a break from caring for a loved one or looking to recover from an illness or injury, we are here for you during your short stay. Deeside Care Home allows you to fully unwind knowing that you will be in the capable hands of our care team. A respite stay can last from a week to a few months until residents feel more like themselves again.

As everyone has differing reasons for needing respite care, we will make sure that each individual receives the care and support they require, which ensures their interests, preferences and goals are met.
