Deeside Care Home is pleased to offer residents access to a chauffeur driven car and mini bus. We understand that moving to a brand new place can be a difficult adjustment, and we want to make it easy for our residents to travel around and explore the local community.

We want you to feel like Deeside is your home-away-from-home, which is why whenever you want to explore Aberdeen city centre, go out for a meal or visit your loved ones, you have the opportunity to do so with our chauffeur service.

Here are some of our answers to frequently asked questions about our Deeside chauffeur service. We’d be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding our services, our facilities, or anything else you can think of. We understand that weighing up your potential care options may be a tough and confusing process, and we want to help make it as straightforward as possible.

You don’t necessarily need to book the chauffeur, however their schedule does tend to get awfully busy awfully quickly, so to avoid disappointment we recommend getting in touch with them early and booking your journey with them.

There is plenty of space in our chauffeured Mercedes to get you where you need to go. However, if there are more than four of you planning to travel, then we recommend you opt for our minibus option instead. Our minibus can hold up to 8 people, and can get booked up rather quickly so we suggest booking in advance.

All of our residents are invited to our chauffeur service as often as they would like. Our services are there to make our residents lives a little bit easier, whether that’s by organising a day out or by simply getting you from A to B.
